Nice little run this morning. Took me a looooong time to get warmed up (about a mile), but then I settled in nicely. I lost my brain and forgot to focus on my abs until after mile 4, but then I started really hauling (right around 8 min/mi) without significantly more physical effort (I still find it mentally draining).
Anyways, I'm really pleased that with the warm-up and cool-down I hit 5 miles. That gives me 9 miles on the week, and with a nice long run this weekend, I'm hoping to hit at least 15 miles for the first time in a week.
