Cravings:
Potatoes, still
Aversions:
Chocolate, still
Eggs, at least, I'm still scared of them
Other symptoms:
I'm freaking exhausted. Slept 10 hours every night this past weekend and was still able to fall asleep on the couch for a nap multiple times a day.
I'm also ravenous. About every 2 hours I start feeling like I need to eat.
Things bugging me:
Work
Stress
Dirty kitchen
Current weight: 131.2
I bought more MCC ice cream, but have restrained myself. I also bought every fresh fruit/veggie that looked appealing in the store this weekend. I'm primarily having fruit for dessert - good thing strawberries are coming into season!
Finally told P's family this weekend. Father-in-law called it a "parasite" in my system (in a sweet and concerned way). He is soooo right. All it is doing is sucking everything out of me!
Non-preggo stuff:
I went for my first run in months on Sunday. I did Couch to 5K, Week 1, Day 1. My knee didn't hurt, though it has been a little sore in the days following. I'll write a whole post at some point about how I have been treating it, and we'll see what the doc says today. This kid, in addition to taking all my energy and food, has taken all my wind!! It is amazing (and depressing) how out of breath I get running now. And before you suggest it, no, it isn't caused by the lack of running. I've been swimming and biking still, and when I took time off before, that was plenty for me to keep my aerobic fitness. This is all the kid...

Ultrasound, and a repeat of Week 10
Well, I'm 10 weeks pregnant. Again. According to the ultrasound. (Damn.) She moved my due date back to October 14th.
Ultrasound was pretty freaking cool, I've gotta say. They put it at the end of the appointment, I think, so you leave happy. Only one kid in there, and it raised up it's fists 3 times and told us to leave it the hell alone. It was pretty awesome. At first it was all still (but we could see the hearbeat), and then all of a sudden: movement! We were really shocked. Preston looked at me and said, "Creepy: there is something alive in you!" Then the kid scratched its nose. We have a picture, but of course, it isn't a movement pic, so it just looks like 2 big circles with 2 tiny circles attached (the arms).
They gave me a flu shot and an H1N1 shot before I left, though, and I felt shitty alllllllll weekend. Suck.
Cravings:
Potatoes, any kind, any way
Aversions:
Chocolate (seriously, don't even let me smell it)
Eggs
Things bugging me:
Work
Stress
Not running
Dirty kitchen
Other preggo stuff:
Told all my co-workers this week. I had just wanted to wait until post-ultrasound to make sure everything was ok. They were all really nice and excited, so yay. And now they know why I'm walking around with Ritz all the time.
Current weight: 131.2 (Was up to 132.4 after visiting my 'rents last weekend: mom made roast and mashed potatoes, waffles, fried fish and french fries and sweet potato french fries... seriously yummy food that I ate with abandon. Thank goodness the weight dropped back a little this morning, because I was feeling like an unhealthy lard ass. Serious guilt for letting myself eat that way. On Sunday I finished the Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream, and though I still want some, I haven't bought any more on purpose.)
We did finally get the chance to clean, at least a bit, after we got back from Dallas on Sunday. Hence the reduction in dirty things that are bothering me.
Going to tell P's family this weekend, then I'll be able to go public with the blog and on fb. Yay!
Non-preggo stuff:
We just locked in a 4.25% rate on a 15 year fixed mortgage refinance! We'll be paying less than $200 extra per month, but pay the thing off 15 years quicker. Good move.

10 Weeks
Well, I'm 10 weeks pregnant.
Cravings:
Baked potatoes
Mint chocolate chip ice cream
Aversions:
Chocolate
Eggs
Things bugging me:
Dirty living room
Dirty bedroom
Dirty kitchen
Dirty car
(Apparently all things dirty)
Other preggo stuff:
I think I wore my pre-preggo jeans (size 6) for the last time on Sunday. I had to use a rubber band to loop through the buttonhole and around the button to give me about an inch of extra space, but it just wasn't comfortable. Bought 2 pairs of pants at Old Navy that tie around the waist, both 1 size up from normal. I think that will buy me some time on the weekends. My work pants (size 6) are getting tight, but are still wearable, though I don't know for how long. I tried on my pants (size 10) from when I was bigger, but they are still too huge for me to get away with unless I get some looser/longer tops and use safety pins.
For official recording purposes, my pre-preggo weight was 130.
Current weight: 131 (and I swear that even though my waist is thicker, it is all in my boobs, which are still sore, btw).
Have my first official OB visit on Friday. Nervous.
Headed to Dallas this weekend, but hopefully will get some time to clean before we go.
